Damage Dealer:
For your greaters you want the proc to increase your Crit Power, or if at CP Cap your Critical Hit, & Attack Power via damaging abilities.
The Attack Power one has 2 versions the only difference between the two is the secondary affect, 5% proc chance or 5s duration increase.

Generally you wouldn't go for the CP ones, CP becomes less important once you reach the softcap, you will gain loads in raids via buffs as well, so go for the AP ones, they will be more beneficial to you.

And for healers you want healing procs/ap essences.

Crit Power - Flamesource of the Malevolent
Critical Hit - Stonesource of the Cryptic
Attack Power - Stormsource of the Malevolent
Attack Power - Tidesource of the Malevolent

Tank:
For your greaters you want the proc to increase your Endurance, & apply an Shield onto you when you are hit.
Endurance - Stormsource of Revenants
Shield - Stonesource of Revenants
