We'll start of with gearing, this is the current list of BiS gear you should from dungeons - gear enchants will be in the subpage.

In 4.0 Trion released 4 dungeons. Intrepid: Darkening Deeps - Tuath’de Coven - Temple of Ananke and Intrepid: Gyel Fortress. With this came an entirely new way of getting gear, it’s an Individual Loot system. How this works is every weekly reset you will gain 5 Individual Reward Tokens (more for patrons), which you can choose to spend on certain bosses - But every day you will be able to run each dungeon for “free” one time (per dungeon) and still get loot without spending your reward charges.

First thing first, before attempting to grind out gear from SPE’s (Starfall Prophecy Experts) it would be an extremely good idea to read up on strats for the SPE’s, it will not only help your gameplay but your teammates in those dungeons will appreciate it too - A great place to do this is RiftRaids, which has all 3 dungeon guides that you can read - As well as some useful information in other places of the site too.
